This is the start of “Our Hawaii Farm” blog. My husband and I live along the Hamakua Coast on the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii. I’ve wanted to share the beauty of our farm for a long time, and a recent birthday gift which resulted in a really nice camera was just the incentive to start. 98% of the farm is a result of my husband’s hard work. My job is to make stuff out of what he grows, although he does that too. It’s spring, and we’ve got out thousands of mulberries – literally, lots of bananas, and a few other things ready to pick. I got my nice camera out this morning to take some pictures of what we’re harvesting at this time. We even have peaches – yes real peaches! Not a lot, but they’re delicious. We have so many avocados we can’t give them away fast enough. Hope you enjoy the shots.
